- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax preparation fees and monthly accounting services fees are very competitive. New clients receive 35% off first service fee or individual income tax preparation. We offer one set fee for our business clients that includes business return preparation and quarterly payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for new clients includes a free 20 minute consultation to determine client accounting needs and strategy. After consultation, client will be sent Client Questionnaire and Engagement Agreement. Upon completion of questionnaire and agreement the process begins. The process is very seamless and efficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a combination of BS in Accounting and over 10 years of accounting.
