- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For clients wishing to bring a horse into our training program, we start with a training application and interview. If the application is accepted, the horse will be allowed in and undergo an evaluation. During the evaluation, weaknesses, strengths, needs and goals are discussed, and a plan is formulated. This training and managemeant plan is unique to each individual horse. For clients entering our lesson program, we typically offer an evaluation lesson first, or offer to set up an observation lesson for them to watch a rider at a similar skill level. If the client decides to enroll in lessons, we decide on a lesson schedule.
