Keeping It Clean

Introduction: I am very hands-on with all customers' jobs/projects. I meet with the customer if possible and go over options that will best work for the job they are looking to get completed. I also work every job myself and if I need an extra hand then, I have employees on call who are happy to help. I believe that a job is not complete until the customer approves the job. I also give a two-year warranty with all of my work. I believe the customer comes first because without a customer, I wouldn't have a job. I enjoy the different types of customers and people I get to meet and work with. There's nothing more enjoyable than making a customer happy by exceeding his/her expectations on how the job came out and at a great price. My business survives on referrals so if I can match or beat the price they had in their head and give them a completed job/project, then they will be more than happy to give me or my company a referral. I actually enjoyed going into work each morning.
