- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general pricing system but not every customer situation is the same. I based my price off of my customers needs and requirements, as well as urgency. If there is need for an assignment to become priority because of time restrictions and I have to stop any of my other projects then that will come at a premium. But again every customer is different and therefore pricing is based upon thier specific needs and requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I first like to uncover all thier needs, even ones they may not be aware of. I do this by asking discovery questions, which reveals thier goals and plan to achieve them, as well as thier priorities. I take this information and then brainstorm about different ways to accomplish it, I am good at thinking outside of the box and finding other solutions. I share my ideas with my customer and work with them to develop a strategic plan. I give them an estimated timeline for completion and the budget it will require. Upon completion I always check for satisfaction and let them know they can always contact me in the future if they need to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied marketing and advertising in college and I have completed other trainings on these subjects online, as well as hands on experience from doing these things many times for myself, friends and family and customers who have hired me.
