- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set prices depending on the product, the size, the staff needed and time taken to complete. My prices are very reasonable and often negotiable. At times I reward a customer with a discount due to being a loyal or reoccurring or during special events or holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer my process begins with me first meeting with the customer and getting to know them and understanding their needs and expectations, after which if I am hired I personally introduce them to additional staff, if needed, that will be on the property completing the job. I will inquire about instructions meet with staff once more, assign duties, start the assignment and complete. I also follow up with the customer afterwards to make sure approval is in order before departure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have educated myself by doing online research about the business. I have purchased step-by-step guides, talked with others that's been in the business longer and also educated and trained myself by previously working for others in the business.
