- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage of the home. We also take into consideration whether the customer would like recurring cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with home-owners, property managers, renter's, offices, and rehab companies. We have experience cleaning residential homes, apartments, condos, townhouses, and offices. We also specialize in move-ins/move-outs, one-time, and spring/deep cleanings.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We cleaned a home that was completely remodeled. It was a three-story home located in Charlotte with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 living rooms. We sent a crew of four to work on this home. It took 8 hours for the crew to complete. Unlike other homes it is mainly dust and paint one has to worry about however, we had to check and clean every window for paint marks. After a long day at work the crew was ready to head out leaving the house in top-notch condition for inspectors the next day!
