- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only because of the amazing professionals offering some of the same services I do not list my prices. Most of what I can offer is based on a standard pricing system. My estimates are figured by the cost of materials/ labor type/ distance to the project. However, returning customers are offered exclusive discounts on seasonal services such as aeration, spraying for mosquito & fire ant control, etc.. I can assure you that I understand the importance of budget. With this in mind, if you receive a quote and feel the total is not fair just talk to me about. Maybe cheaper alternatives are available, but in most cases i'm sure we can meet on common ground!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When providing any service I enjoy meeting a prospective customer in person. This allows me to identify exactly what they want accomplished and reassure them that my goal is to surpass those expectations upon completion of the project. .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served as a Military Police Officer/ DARE in the Marine Corps. This formed my foundation as a dependable, trustworthy and dedicated individual. I take pride in my work and treat each hire as if I was working at my home. I also have over 13 yrs experience with Planting, Seeding and erosion control projects with the NCDOT.
