- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically on handyman duties I will charge 30 per hour after meeting with client I can better get a feel of what all needs to be done and then figure how long the job may take . On flooring and tiling I have a sq foot rate depending on material and logistics I do have an understanding of what competitive rates are and try my best to match or beat the price without selling short myself or my client
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them find out what level of craftsmanship they expect and then discuss a plan of action and then deliver a high quality finished project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training education is hands on by actually doing the work
