FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the work load and complexity of the project. However, I work quickly and I don't stop until my clients are 100% satisfied with the end product. I do provide flat rates for bigger projects when needed and I am open to negotiating to fit my clients budget. I also have no problem delivering files in different formats when requested.. even when it's months later and my client needs a different format or color quickly for a print job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pick their brain for any ideas they have on whatever they need. For example, if they want a logo design I ask them several questions to the look and feel that they are looking for. I bounce ideas back and forth with them until I get a clearer picture of what is needed and then deliver that design to them. My designs won't alter much from our initial conversation - if I have a fresh idea I'll deliver a 2nd option along with the initially planned design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been designing for fun since 1996. I have an Associate's Degree in TV Production & Animation and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Effects & Motion Graphics. This allows me to have a wide array of skills for anything design.
