- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning the actual concrete process, it is important to communicate with the new customer and lay out exactly what they need and what price range they expect. Our customers satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we work to fulfill their concrete needs as accurately as possible. Once it is confirmed that we are able to perform for the customer, we typically set up a date to travel where the work is to be done, and proceed from there.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was in the concrete finishing before me, and his father before him. For decades, the Ramos family has excelled in concrete finishing and has passed down the privilege of working in the business.
