- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have all different kinds of pricing deals and packages available. I range from quick 30 minute shoots, to 8hr+ commercial shoots, and everything in between! The best way to figure out pricing is to reach out and let me know what services you need done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer is local to my area I always suggest a quick consultation over coffee. Especially if it's for a life event shoot such as wedding or engagement. I also have tons and tons of emails I can forward before a shoot listing everything from what to expect, timeline, photo turn around dates, etc.
