- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first step to determine pricing is to get on a discovery session call. This can be done via phone, video, or in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a discovery session to determine exactly what services clients need and how extensive it is. We will then schedule another session where we go over your tax return or Quickbooks account. After this session, you can determine if you need our services and hire us or you can use what we covered in our initial session and do it on your own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from taking annual courses to keep up with certification, we handle different IRS cases and bookkeeping industries that educate us on what not to do and what to do in different situations.
