- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with a per-project rate starting at $150.00 (USD) per project, which may include from branding (logo), and website or graphic design, and Community Management. Depending on the needs of each client we can personalize their project, always offering a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we need to know the clients, their project, needs and budget in order to offer a solution that suits their goals. Second, we research their direct competitors, similar businesses or the manner in which the industry behaves in order to identify trends and strategies that can be replicated. Third, we develop graphic or marketing proposals to meet set goals, always open to criticism and client feedback, since it is them who add a greater value to our proposals. Lastly, we deliver all that is necessary for clients to either follow up on their project themselves, or have a third party do so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied marketing and have always liked programming and graphic design. I have taken several online courses, and on-site courses in Canada, always chasing after trends that add value to any company. I worked at Bank of America in customer service for 2 years, which enabled me to focus on customer needs, offering an outstanding service.
