My degrees are from the University of California (both UC, Santa Cruz and UC, Berkeley.) I have worked and continue to work extensively with a diversity of clients from different cultures. FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, my standard pricing system is based on a per-session hour charge of $175.00 USD. I bill in 15-minute increments. A session hour is defined as 50-minutes. Clients are encouraged to pay through Paypal. Payments are due upon provision of service. Billings are sent out immediately after each of the first 3 sessions. After the first 3 sessions, billing cycle can be negotiated as per customer's preference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are 3 basic steps for new clients: 1. Leave me a message on how to reach you and we will set up a time to talk. 2. During the free initial phone call, we exchange information about one another. 3. We decide whether or not we wish to work together. If so, we set up our first appointment. The sessions themselves are conversational, interactive and relaxed. After getting a sense of who you are and what you feel is important - then I give you feedback on what I hear about your presenting issue. This is to make sure we are on the same page. From there we begin getting an in-depth understanding of any concerns, stressors, factors, people affecting you. After exploring this (sometimes takes minutes, sometimes a few sessions,) then we move on to resolving that which brought you to coaching. After finishing all sessions, I follow-up one or more times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education, formal and informal training and family background have given me a unique and powerful experience of my customers for which I am most grateful. It is such an honor to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My own journey has included: Masters, UC, Berkeley - emphasis Psychotherapy & Multicultural Mental Health. Bachelors, UC, Santa Cruz -emphasis Cognitive Processing, Psychology of. I trained in various locations in Northern California in Life Coaching Paradigms, Corporate Systems Work, Family Systems Work, Developmental Psychology, Play therapy, Addiction Counseling and I have experience with developmentally disabled adults.
