This is really more of a 4.5-star review :) We're first-time homeowners and hired Tom for a kitchen renovation and a few other small projects. We are really pleased with the results! Tom worked as quickly as possible and communicated well with us throughout the process over text and phone. In moments of frustration and delay (to be expected when coordinating with the town on permits and with subcontractors), Tom was even-keeled and worked with us to find fair solutions. His workmanship was good and he was quick to fix any/all small issues that we asked about. Tom was a reliable, personable, and his price was fair.
