Introduction: I have a strong love for music and love to see everyone have the time of their lives. I dj any type of event from house parties, bachelor, parties, nightclubs, bars, weddings, corporate parties, block parties, etc. I enjoy seeing people have the time of their lives to the music i provide for their events. DJ Sho-Tyne was hired to DJ and emcee my daughter's Sweet 16 party. As far as the emcee, I specifically asked for someone to announce my daughter in & interact w/ the crowd to hype things up for her entrance. I paid more than what was originally quoted, but I thought that was because I hadn't originally asked for an emcee and now wanted one. For the most part, he played the type of music we wanted to hear. However, the DJ didn't say anything over the mic during the party & instead, I was given the mic to announce my daughter in & attempt to get everyone hype for her entrance. So, I didn't get all of what I asked for. So, not outstanding because I didn't get all of what I asked for. I rate on the higher end of average to good range because he didn't set himself apart from just the average DJ who just plays music BUT, we did get music after all. Also, my daughter enjoyed her special evening and everyone else that I spoke to did too. My likeliness to hire him again on a scale from 1-5, I'd say 4.
