Introduction: I've been in the fitness industry for 14 years, and over that time have had the opportunity of exposure with all types of clientele. Youth to the senior population, athletes to special needs. The American Council on Exercise requires their trainers to be on the top of their game, and as a result I am required to renew my certification every two years. Therefore, my education is very important to me. Steph has been in the fitness industry since 2004 when she graduated from The University Of Maine at Farmington with a degree in Community Health Education. Throughout her life she has been involved in athletics and fitness and carried along this passion into adulthood. Steph finds her passion for wellness to be very rewarding, she is able to help others achieve personal goals in safe effective ways. Her education and experience in the fitness industry has given her the ability to help many people with many different challenges. She has been a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2005. Steph also holds certifications through TRX Functional Training, SCW Functional Training, Boxing Instructor, The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the American Red-cross for CPR/AED First aid.

Stephanie is an awesome trainer! She pushes me to work harder, sweat more, and have fun while working out in order to get the results that I want! She works around my injuries including knee and lower back issues in order for me to get the best workout I can without further insult! I consider Stephanie my friend as well as my trainer which is the best of both worlds! Definitely recommend!

Simply, a terrific personal trainer! Steph mixes strength and cardio into her workouts, is a great motivator, and brings a lot of knowledge to her training programs. Importantly, Steph makes it challenging, ensures you make healthy progress, and inspires you to keep showing up. Challenging and fun at same time. (If you have an injury or any limitations, Steph knows how to work safely)

    Personal Training Rates: $60 one hour $45 forty five minutes $35 thirty minutes $70 co-train one hour $25 per person small group one hour (3-8 participants)

    Call to schedule a FREE consultation. This gives us a chance to meet and go over a health history form, and talk about nutrition, goals and objectives.
