- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take some insurances. Please contact your insurance company to find out if I am on that company's panel, what your copay and deductible are. Every insurance plan is different, even within the same company, so I have no way of knowing what your insurance company will pay upfront. I also have a self-pay option. (Paying out-of-pocket allows you freedom from a diagnosis following you around your medical history.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools, meditation and mindfulness, Brainspotting, parenting skills, forgiveness, family dynamics therapy, to list a few methods we'll use as needed. Our first session is giving me an overview of you and the goals you have for coming in. Then we begin the process of understanding the issues and working toward the best solutions for you.
