- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that I am located in New York State. If you are outside the 25 mile radius, Skype or phone conferencing is available. First consultation is free. (Up to 30 min) 1 free session after 10 consecutive sessions. Sessions are usually 45 min.-60 min. Minimum $25/session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A free 30 minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit for one another. 2. If we both decide to move forward, set a schedule of when we will meet and how often. 3. Start creating a plan to accomplish your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed therapist in NY State. I have clinical focus, and practice wellness techniques using meditation and temporary cognitive approaches to help individuals overcome anxiety and depression. For individuals who are looking for life coaching. I use numerous tools to analyze and measure strengths and challenges to provide a step by step guide on how to accomplish your goals. I work collaboratively with individuals to design a realistic plan to assist with accomplishing personal and/or personal goals. For individuals who are interested in health and wellness, I am currently finishing my certification in Health Coaching.
