We offer 3 different property management packages-check out our website to see which one fits your needs. We're transparent with our pricing and services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk via phone or email first to get an idea of what type of service you are shopping for. Once we talk via phone or email, we like to meet at the house to answer any additional questions and discuss the current rental market and rates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a WA State Designated Brokers License to practice Real Estate. I am also the President-Elect of the WA State NARPM Chapter and a member of RHA. I attend monthly training meetings pertaining to property management and have taught classes regarding single family property management.
