I worked with Liling on our kitchen and bath remodel projects. I enjoyed many aspects of working with her:
I really liked her aesthetic sense: Intuitively, her tastes are sharp, clean and cutting edge (which is what is like). She is flexible though and can can also be more conservative/traditional.
- Strong client service orientation: She was always on time and extremely productive in her time with us. She sensed right away what we wanted (and did not want) and showed us images online on what our options were and well as vendors we could source the material from.
- Easy to work with: I found her very responsive when we had follow up questions and available. She is clearly in it for the long term and not transaction based.
