Introduction: As a mama myself, I understand the struggles, challenges, and great responsibility of trying to balance parenting, family, work, your own time, and everything in-between! It's hard. I get it. I really enjoy working with families, children, adolescents, and individuals. I like to use warmth, empathy, and humor to connect. I enjoy watching the healing and growth that occurs with my clients. My goal is always to meet every client with compassion. I value and appreciate the courage it takes to open up and talk about stress in your life, relationship difficulties, regrets, and challenges. I consider it an honor to sit with clients, hear your story, and help you realize your inner-strengths.
