I was a little skeptical about finding someone to come to my home and fix my electrical problems... I am a single mom and as a woman sometimes you just wonder. Being that I was in desperate need of help and could not afford the large company prices I emailed Roger. Right away I had recieved a response stating that he would call me shortly. Not too long after he text me and gave me an exact time he would be calling :) when Roger called he asked me some questions about my electrical problems and by doing so made me feel comfortable as if he knew what was going on. He was able to show up the next morning to get the job done. On his way to me he kept me updated about his arrival time and let me know when he was here as well. (I'm not a morning person, so that truly helped out) Upon his arrival, he was really nice, friendly, sweet and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. Right away he went directly toward the issue. Roger was able to give me a total cost and determin what the issue was within about 10 minutes. Me being a female and not knowing much about this type of stuff, he explained everything to me and let me know exactly what had to be done. I live in an older house so locating the part needed to fix the issue I thought would be difficult...but Roger took care of all that for me. He called and searched for the part needed and also went to pick it up for me as well. Once he came back he had the issues resolved within no time. Another thing Roger did that I think was awesome!! Originally when I first spoke to him I had mentioned that I felt like I was living in the stone ages, after the issue was fixed Roger came in and he personally made sure everything that was not working was working again. I am truly thankful that people like Roger are still in our world today. He did not charge anywhere close to what it would have cost me to call another company. Because of Roger my son and I are no longer living in the stone ages and I will definitely be calling him again if anything else goes wrong and I have already been referring him to friends and family for their electrical needs!

I had some problems with outlets not working in the kitchen. Roger came in and took a look and found the problem and it was fixed within 15 minutes and now the outlets are working and the wife is very happy

Roger came and installed under counter lights in our kitchen, outdoor lighting along our front walk, installed a new light in one of our outdoor buildings as well as a new outlet for an outdoor kitchen refrigerator. As always his work was excellent and done in a professional manner. I would highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need. The Crockers, Murfreesboro TN
