We do all of our pricing upfront. We want the customer to understand the issue and understand what it will take to fix the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a conversation and a inspection of the issue. We start by talking to the customer and assessing their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 20 years experience working on computers. That includes Apple, PC, desktops, and laptops.
