- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always look for the most efficient and cost-effective way to handle a claim from start to finish. All estimates are submitted using Xactimate, an insurance-approved program. This ensures the customer will receive fair pricing for all work done by our cleaning and restoration companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer their phone call to determine their location and the general details of any damage which has occurred. Once out Technicians arrive, they inspect the areas for damage. After the inspection, the Homeowner or Business Owner must authorize the work. After authorization the process begins with our team handling everything from mitigating the damage to repairing the damaged areas. In the case of water or flood damage we even use the highest rated Plumbers to detect & fix leaks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the General Contractor license we carry, our Technicians hold the IICRC certifications for Applied Structural Drying, Water Restoration Services & Cleaning, and Mold Remediation.
