Robin served a small claims hearing notice to a store owner for me. This was the first time I had ever needed someone to help with a lawsuit. She was very knowledgeable and honestly helped me feel at ease. A friend referred her. She did exactly what she said in a timely manner so I was able to move forward with the hearing. I just presented an affidavit to the court clerk and my matter moved forward. Thanks to her I was compensated. I would gladly use her services again & have referred two of my friends.

I received a request to be an expert witness. I was provided paperwork by Robin with Wire and Associates and the entire process was very professional. Robin's communication was very direct and straight forward and her demeanor and the way she presented the paperwork to me was very non threatening. In addition Robin smiled and remained very composed and professional throughout, even in response to any questions I had for her, which relaxed me as she completed her duties.

While the initial contact and service was great, there are a few things that you may need to know about Robin J. First of all, I am a professional as well and requested her service as it was out of my working area. She took the service and completed it. As of this rating, you need to know they ARE NOT REGISTERED PROCESS SERVERS (RPS), which means there are some things that they cannot do a process servers. Also, there could be an argument made that it may not be a valid service if they serve over ten (10) processes in a calendar year without a RPS, which could possibly thrown out of court. Finally, after the service was completed, she was very RUDE about not being paid within three days. She was highly unprofessional (like I was going to stiff her for $45.00) and she only accepts two methods of payment that unless you have an account set up, is fairly difficult to have completed. I would keep these things in mind if you are going to use her. (BTW, I will not be using her again because of her attitude at the end).
