- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to use a monthly price system for online coaching/training/nutrition. The price will be determined by how advanced/detailed the program needs to be and how much time/effort is required by the client. We can work together to find the perfect amount of help needed for the most affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st and most important step of the process is talking and getting to know each other. We talk about goals and assess in person or online where the individual is at compared to the desired goal. We then develop a plan (after going over health concerns and medical history). This is followed by a discussion of detailed expectations within the plan. Working online is all about organization, constant assessing, and accountability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an combat medic in the Army RANGER Regiment that worked with soldiers on their physical rehabilitation, strength training, and diet. I have a bachelors of science in physical education from Coastal Carolina University with a focus in exercise science. I have been a full time career personal trainer for the last four years. I stay booked and get results! Please see reviews. I also have experience with online clients anywhere from general weight loss to contest prep. I have my certifications through ACE as a personal trainer and a fitness nutrition specialist.
