Do not hire! We hired them to build an add-on/sunroom and it has been a nightmare. They tell you they are coming and then don't show, when they do show it's only for maybe 2 hours and always claim they dont have the materials they need. This project has been going on for 3 months and it still is not even close to being complete. Terrible work, they cut corners to keep more money in their pocket a d when we call them out on it, they say they will require more labor money to complete it the correct way. The company Nance Roofing and Remodeling has horrible customer service, and the guy they sent to do this job is Jeff Maloof who has no clue what he is doing. Do not trust them with your home improvement needs.

It is unfortunate that when you stop work on a project because a customer is 3 payments behind and out comes a review like this. We deeply regret that a resolution has not been worked out with only a couple of days left to finish the project. This project started as a screened in porch with a firm budget in mind. More and more has been added to close it in with windows also adding exterior details at the customer s request. Job has not been completed and customer has taken on some of the project themselves to reduce cost.
