He was very responsive, timely, and efficient. He fixed my problem in about 15 minutes, and then later that day I messed it up again. He was able to come back a day later to correct my mistake, and he didn't charge me for it!

A simple job of replacing 2 sprinkler heads. Took over three weeks to get him back to finish the job "correctly." Completed job was not the best but at least it is done.

Jacob returned calls promptly. He arrived on time and he was thorough in explaining what was wrong with the system and how best to repair it. When something broke after he left, he was quick to return and even went out of his way to track down a part not included in the original request to get the system up and running better than before.
