Introduction
Based on my experience as a Tutor during college days, I basically first understand the student and tailor my tutoring based on that. Also, I ensure the necessary concepts are first clear before moving on. This is to confirm that the student is not only gaining confidence but also performing well during the tests and exams.
The requirement from each student is different and so it is also challenging. This ensures that I don't take the same beaten path each time and it greatly provides me enjoyment in what I do. My biggest encouragement is in seeing the overall improvement in each student.
