- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Exploring what are their exact needs; what they want to accomplish in the short / long term; what is their vision for their community; what is the communities current financial status; and discover what projects and / or issues which are pending.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being licensed in the State means not only education and testing prior to becoming a CAM, it also means collecting 20 or more hours of additional education every 2 years in order to renew your license. I also have over 20 years in retail management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner of the firm which managed where I lived, asked if I would like to join their organization. I was President of my condo Board of Directors at that time.
