Introduction: I manage small- to medium-sized condominium / homeowner association communities. I relieve the board of directors from the day to day operations of the community. They can spend more time enjoying their time in SW Florida as well as planning the future of the community. I keep the number of clients limited in order to provide a "boutique" type of practice. I have the time to spend with each community. KMA will be the only or last management firm that you will ever need to hire.

I've been doing roofing repairs for KMA now for about 2 years. They are a very professional company and great to deal with. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new property management company. I have not heard a single complaint about KMA and in the property management business this means a lot.

Exploring what are their exact needs; what they want to accomplish in the short / long term; what is their vision for their community; what is the communities current financial status; and discover what projects and / or issues which are pending.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being licensed in the State means not only education and testing prior to becoming a CAM, it also means collecting 20 or more hours of additional education every 2 years in order to renew your license. I also have over 20 years in retail management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner of the firm which managed where I lived, asked if I would like to join their organization. I was President of my condo Board of Directors at that time.
