Gulf Front Home Watch and Concierge Services keeps very close contact with the homeowner or pet owner while away, sending detailed picture reports of each home we service or each pet we care for. As longtime residents of Naples, having lived here for over 20 years, we know the area very well. We've built GFHW on a foundation of trust, dependability and hard work. We enjoy servicing the community as we feel our part-time residents (seasonal) deserve peace of mind, and a trusting company to stand by their side while they are away. And not just for seasonal residents, GFHW also offers a wide array of concierge, domestic and pet services as well; plus we customize our services to work just for YOU! Having over 15 years of local law enforcement experience, as well as a past career in the home-healthcare field, we are well versed in home safety and situations that may arise. At GFHW we enjoy helping those we work with! They can depend on us to care for their home, their pets, or whatever they may need, as we would do our own. We needed someone to stay and keep our 9 yr old poodle company. He has separation anxiety and barks nonstop when we leave. Our condo neighbors frown on that. Kathleen came for a meet n greet, was so thorough and very professional. She clearly loves animals. Her sister came the next evening, and she was equally charming, professional and dog oriented. Thanks to their company, we can now bring our dog with us every time we come.

After get hired them on the app. the provider started to ask for more details about the pool deck exact measures cause they will work strictly on their sqft quote after promising a price initially before get hired. After I have provided all details price got doubled....after decide not to use their service and thanks for their proposal I even got texted from them that I will get what I pay for...very rude and unprofessional

I'm very sorry you were unsatisfied, Tommy. We don't ever promise a price until we come out to meet you and see the job. We explained that very clearly in the price quote we sent you as we stated we charge .30 per sqft for pressure washing and need to measure before we can give you an exact price. We would have been glad to come out and meet with you but calling and texting us on a Saturday night after 10pm demanding the work be done on Sunday morning before 9am was a little more than we could accept. We have a process when working with our clients and we can't provide cheap, quick work and feel good about our business and our commitment to our clients and the service that we provide. Tommy, I'm very sorry you felt we were being unprofessional and rude, and we hope you understand the importance of our process and thoroughness as we couldn't just run out to pressure wash your lanai and pool deck with such short notice. We take pride in our business and our commitment to our clients and we go above and beyond as often as possible.

We have price standards however we do not list our prices. With our services being so customizable we like to meet the client and see the home before we offer a price estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free in-home consultation. The consultation allows us to meet you and see exactly what you need, and how we can help you. We offer written estimates before doing any service.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire for concierge, home watch or pet services, or really any other type of in-home contractor, you want to be sure they are licensed, they have insurance and are bonded, and that they are reputable or have credentials to do what they are doing. We feel doing a little research always pays off! Gulf Front Home Watch and Concierge Services is very willing to go a step beyond what you are expecting. We take pride in the fact that we customize our services and prices to fit your exact needs. In our opinion those are also very important when hiring a contracting company of any sort, but some may not agree.
