THEY ROCK!!!! "Fixed the roof. Fixed the pool. Fixed the driveway. Fixed everything in our fixer upper home we purchased. Couldn't believe the quality or the price. You can't go wrong with this crew!! They worked long hours and blew my mind how honest they were. Actually ended up costing me less than the original quote. All money is green! :)"

Highly Skilled Professionals "They completely remodeled my 170 room hotel (interior and exterior). They did such a professional job, I passed inspections to have my hotel branded with a national hotel chain. I then used the to redo my home; kitchen, bathrooms, everything. I loved the new look they gave me."

I needed a total re-roof on my home and interviewed several contractors including Gregory Haimes, the salesman, and Gregory Lorson of 16653 Toscana Cir, Unit 703 Naples FL 34110 the owner of The Property Damage Repair Group aka ALPERO GENERAL CONTRACTOR, INC. They sat in my living room on 7/23 and told me they were looking to expand into the residential re-roofing market in the area, most of the work they had been doing was repair work for insurance companies. They were looking for new clients who would be willing to give them good reviews online. I agreed they provided me their license and insurance information, we did a contract on 8/5, they pulled a permit in Fort Lauderdale on 8/13 and started the work. Gregory Haimes was the foreman and he showed up with a crew for several days. They tore all the existing material off my roof, did some decking repairs and put down the new paper and partially completed the prep for new material. During the process, a worker fell through the ceiling of my home and put two large holes into the ceiling of my bedroom that have not been repaired. After several delays and a missed inspection appointment, they finally got the dry-in inspection passed. They were paid at various benchmarks throughout the process as agreed, but the final 20% of the balance is not due until final inspection passes. They have not returned after repeated requests to complete the job. There are intermittent responses to text messages with vague excuses to delay. It's been over a month since construction began. There are no shingles on my house and I have had no definitive response or action from the contractor. I have since found out that their license was suspended in Dade County, and it is likely they are pulling permits using another contractor's license number fraudulently. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation against the licensee which operates under the name ALPERO GENERAL CONTRACTOR, INC. License CCC1328188 in the hopes that I may find some resolution.
