- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we do so much work for insurance companies, our pricing is closely monitored by those companies. We use software that tracks fair-market-pricing, per zip-code, and base our pricing from that. Even our profit margin is set by the insurance companies. We can provide financing (no mortgage required). Occasionally special discounts are available if we're working in your area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: Physical inspection of the project site and discussion with client about their wants and needs. Step Two: Define a scope of work that meets the client's wishes. Step Three: Execute a written contract and begin work.
