- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will begin with a free consultation call. I'll ask you a series of questions in order to create clarity on what it is that you desire. Then, we will create a roadmap based on your specific needs and desires. If we are a good fit, we will talk about working together further. When we decide to work together, we start by clarifying your intentions and vision by tapping into your inner guidance. Together we'll create a roadmap, a structured and customized plan, that is both practical and inspiring. I will support you in identifying and removing the blocks that are keeping you from following through with your goals, while you develop the tools to ensure success. Discover for yourself what it feels like to live in the freedom beyond your limiting beliefs and realize what is possible for your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Theology from the University of San Diego. I am a certified yoga instructor through Corepower Yoga (2009) and a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2012). I also have gone through Gabrielle Bernstein's Spirit Junkie Masterclass training - certifying me as a Spirit Junkie Leader.

Whether you're interested in starting a heart-centered business, finding love, achieving a specific goal or simply leading a life that is more fulfilling and balanced, I combine my various degrees and trainings in theology, spiritual coaching, wellness counseling, and spiritual leadership to tailor an approach to support your unique aspirations and goals. My approach is authentic, encouraging, practical, holistic, and empowering.
