Introduction: After working in the health and fitness industry for years as a certified personal trainer and fitness coach, I quickly realized the impact stress in general has on the body.. whether it was expected soreness from weight training and exercise, otherwise know as the training effect..or just stress in general..work related, repetitiveness of daily life, or even emotional. So I started offering therapeutic massage to my clients at the gym before extending it to everyone interested or in need of it's therapeutic relief and all it's benefits.
The one thing I enjoy most about what I do is how gratifying it is when a client shares how much better they feel after a therapeutic massage..whether it be deep tissue focusing on pain management, or relaxation where relieving stress,increasing circulation, and restoring the body back to feeling more complete and whole.I have found combining the two I think more of as a "firm" Swedish as a regular maintenance helps obtain optimal wellness
