- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual a la carte concierge services begin at $75.00 per hour plus service Project fees are at a lower price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that I like to do is have a brief discussion of their needs over the telephone. I make sure that we are comfortable with one another and that he and/or she understands my processes. I personally visit each property along with the vendor and or interviewee and there before, during, and/or after the project is complete.
