2)I have an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen. I merge my undergrad writing experience with business best practices to help you develop your career.
3)I have real world experience with applying, interviewing, and negotiating job offers in the nonprofit, finance, marketing, healthcare and technology sectors.
4) I have manager experience. While in all of the above sectors I was responsible for job postings, filtering resumes, interviews, hiring employees and then managing those employees. I saw what works and what doesn’t in career development.
I have been helping young graduates, college students, career changers, and stay at home parents looking to get back in the workforce with their job search. I work on everything from career counseling, resumes, cover letters, interview prep, follow-up and negotiation. I also help the currently employed market themselves with bios for their websites, online language, and LinkedIn profiles.

Constance helped my daughter get ready for the interview process when she graduated from college and was seeking her 1st job. She helped build her resume, then gave practice interviews. She gave great advice on how to answer questions and prepared her for the types of questions to expect in the interview process. It definitely helped her build confidence and be prepared for interviews. Constance also helped me get my own resume together. As a stay at home mom, I was lacking the expertise to even write a resume for myself. We brainstormed together and built an impressive resume to get me ready for a part time job interview. I highly recommend Constance for families that need help in getting started in the work force. She is extremely professional and would be a great asset for anyone getting started in the working world!

I had 48 hours to prepare for a big interview with 9 people when I contacted Constance. She took the job description and my resume and identified the key skill sets that both had in common.
