Introduction: 1) I have worked with career development centers from undergrad to graduate schools. They are great on getting companies on campus but I work with you personally, not a whole senior class. I tease out your talents, experiences, and interests so you can have and speak to a comprehensive targeted career story.
2)I have an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen. I merge my undergrad writing experience with business best practices to help you develop your career.
3)I have real world experience with applying, interviewing, and negotiating job offers in the nonprofit, finance, marketing, healthcare and technology sectors.
4) I have manager experience. While in all of the above sectors I was responsible for job postings, filtering resumes, interviews, hiring employees and then managing those employees. I saw what works and what doesn’t in career development.
I have been helping young graduates, college students, career changers, and stay at home parents looking to get back in the workforce with their job search. I work on everything from career counseling, resumes, cover letters, interview prep, follow-up and negotiation. I also help the currently employed market themselves with bios for their websites, online language, and LinkedIn profiles.
