Lunera Yoga

Introduction: Stephany completed her 200 RYT teacher training with the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico where she learned the techniques of Yoga Asanas, Meditation, Pranayama, and Yogic Philosophies. Stephany is also certified in Reiki Level I, II, and III, and works to incorporate this energy healing in her practice and classes. Her style of teaching includes upbeat vinyasa flows, Yin Yoga, and slow meditative vinyasa. Stephany’s intention as a teacher is to see her students through the eyes of compassion as she shares her love for the practice. ----------------- As a yoga instructor, I am grateful for the opportunity to make this practice accessible in way that is authentic and respectful of its cultural origins. Together, we will work towards building a personal yoga practice that promotes strength, empowerment, and personal growth.
