What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is with a phone conversation to understand your needs & details of the property. During a meeting at the property, rental rate recommendations and a full review of our services will be completed. This process will determine the proper package for our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed realtors and have also completed extensive training with our Franchiser, Real Property Management. We are also a member of NARPM & local real estate associations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 30+ years in the corporate world in senior international leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service I learned the essentials in providing world class customer service. Since then I have developed a passion for providing outstanding customer service in the real estate market. We specialize in property management, buying & selling real estate.Our diverse scope of clients include investors, residential & multi-familly property owners, in addition to Fannie Mae.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a full range of experience with tenants and owners. The properties we manage and sell range across the spectrum of housing in the Nashville and Memphis markets. From high rents to lower, we treat our owners and tenants with the same respect and level of service.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The commitment to the Real Property Management system and subsequent purchase of the local franchise from the previous owner. The acquisition was a 3 month process, that continues to evolve with continuous process improvements being made every day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Seek out service providers who understand and use the latest technology for financial processing,tenant placement, property tracking, rent payments, & inspections. Be sure that they are licensed and members of local property management & real estate associations.

Define clear goals for your property. These goals should include financial, target tenants, and overall return on investment.
