- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are discounted, just a service we provide for being a thumbtack customer. Military tax free, senior citizen tax free. Get free Deodorizer when you spend over $300 with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call us and from the beginning you are greeted with the utmost respect as a valued potential client. We give you the floor by explaining in as much detail possible of the service you need rendered.We then verify everything you've said by repeating back to you verbatum and provide you with an estimate with no upsale. We then schedule you for your preferred day with a 2 hour window of arrival time. A text message is automatically sent to your phone to confirm and remind you of the appointment. On your appointment day, it's our time to shine. We call you within 30 min of our arrival time to let you know we are en route. Once we arrive, we greet you and introduce ourselves, put on our Booties(shoe protectant ) and we follow you around as you point out in details what you were explaining over the phone. We measure the rooms and we provide you with exact cost based on the estimate provided on the phone. Then we continue on with the remainder of our 11 step process. When job is complete, we welcome you to walk around and make sure you're satisfied and that we didn't miss anything. We provide you with an invoice to sign based on your satisfaction and we call you back for a follow up to see how your experience was and if you'd use our services again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in business management and working on my masters. My military training provided me with various training on discipline and honesty, integrity. I've taken course's to better my knowledges on carpet cleaning. 5 years of experience have brought me a long way.
