Introduction: Aside from general health and fitness, my approach focusses on functional movements that can be translated into everyday life. I also like to tackle an individuals muscle imbalances, mobility issues and nutrition. I believe through hard work and accountably there are no goals that are unachievable. Limits are only made when we stop believing in our selves. I've been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years and still to this day my favorite part is watching people gain confidence not only in the psychical sense but of the heart and mind! When you push your self to a new style of discipline you'll find the rest of your life making gains as well.

A lot of people have been asking me about my weight loss and Chrissy is my answer. She gave me a great meal plan, one on one workouts, at home workout plans, and most importantly just the right amount of encouragement. She gives me the push I need mentally and physically.

Chrissy is probably the best trainer I have ever worked with. She has worked with both my daughter and I .. she really made it fun for her.. She’s a beast and knows her stuff. Pushes you way further than you ever thought you were capable of. I highly Recommend her to anyone.

Chrissy’s extensive background in gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and CrossFit have given her a very unique and knowledgeable perspective in terms of coaching. She was my coach a few years ago, and I’m so grateful for what she taught me when I was actively involved CrossFit. Her passion for fitness was contagious, and she pushed me beyond what I though I was capable of, especially with heavy lifting. Chrissy is a great coach with a heart of gold! She has a remarkable way of knowing just how strong you really are and pushing you to that edge without going over it, so that you get results fast! She’s very knowledgable about the correct and safe way of doing a variety of strength training and weight lift exercises, so that you reach your highest potential without injury. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level!
