FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can be professional and not cost an arm and a leg. I charge a little more if I am traveling outside my normal range of 50 miles form 47150. Also I can do out of town events but the price would have to be negotiated based on what, where, when etc. my set times usually are based on 4 hours and hourly after unless we know how long you will be needing prior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when it comes to weddings i like to have at least two or more sit down talks with the couple if possible to gain their idea of what they would like for their special day. I respond very fast by text as it fits schedules for everyone so well. I pride myself on good customer service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained with a professional company before branching out on my own. The man who i trained under had 25+ years experience and i still think is one of the best DJs in the state.
