FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on a few factors. The two basic factors are: The time it takes to complete an account. And the square footage involved. Other factors are involved such as: How much work there is to do at each account. How many employees will be needed for the job, and if there are additional areas that need concentration and focus; fixtures, garages, basements, outdoor areas, the amount of desks and restrooms in a commercial building, etc. - just to give you a few ideas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Knowing about my company and my reputation as a business owner is something I want all clients to know, first and foremost. I provide my customers with my background information and assure them that they will receive the most honest and professional service they can find. We only provide the most excellent and competent cleaning service available. I welcome everyone to contact our references.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the Vice President of a very successful local company before starting my own cleaning company. The company for whom I was working sold the company, and I founded my cleaning company in 2001. I have much business experience, and on a professional and personal level, I was never satisfied with any cleaning company with whom I ever contracted for business. My goal was to create a cleaning company that stands apart from all others, and I believe I have achieved that goal. We are a family owned business, not a franchise, which I have found makes a world of difference. Our quality control is top notch, and that is why we are a member of the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. Our clients truly see a difference with our company.
