- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prestige Milwaukee prides it self on honesty and on helping our fellow citizen. If the quotes you have received are out of your budget, call us and request to have your quote reviewed and with that you add the set budget you have came up with .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customers plan we find out every detail about how the customer expects things to look. Once that’s done we give the customer our point of view and if any changes we have as recommendations. Once we have a plan as a unit we begin work and make sure our client receives daily updates on the progress done. When completed we (Prestige Milwaukee) proceed to our walk around. We walk around the house several time to ensure we didn’t miss any detail . Our final step is to schedule a time to do the same , but this time with our client . Once the client is 100 % satisfied we ask the customer to share their experience with friends and family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matc courses , many hands on projects since young , training seminars with past company’s i’ve worked for and of course being blessed with a family in the industry.
