- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is per job basis . i don't feel its fair to put cookie cutter pricing on work , as each project has its own specific differences
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
communicate: find out what the customer is thinking and get a good idea of what they want and need Scope: look first hand at job site and evaluate. look for any issues so there are no suprises Model: typically I will create a 3d model of project so customer can see the end result prior to starting Contract: sign a detailed contract outlining everything that will done and exclusions Build: work with the customer and communicate with them through out project insuring their happiness.
