Introduction: We have been servicing New Iberia in one way or another since 1982. I have personally been working on computers for over 20 years. We will travel to your home or business to fix your problems or you can come to our offices for a Free Estimate! I love to help people. I get so much satisfaction from bringing a smile to my customers faces. It bothers me that so many technically minded people have a tendency to make others feel stupid or inferior. I get great joy from my work and love solving puzzles, which is what most of these computer problems are to me.

Jason did excellent work for me. I brought him a laptop with a drive accessibility issue and he resolved it in about an hour. He came to my home and resolved an issue I was having with assessing an FDA website by changing the settings on the new router that I had purchased and installed. These 2 projects were on pcs. While on this job, he assisted my wife with an email problem that she had been having for months on her Apple computer. He resolved the issue and recovered some old emails she thought she had lost. He provides excellent value for the money we paid him. I do not hesitate to recommend him for resolving computer problems. He is now my IT guy.

Great work and fast service. Actually fixed my issue after going through two separate shops who misdiagnosed my problem in an attempt to upsale me to a newer model. Will be using them for all my future computer needs glad I called them for a second opinion. Very reasonably priced and honest.
