I had a large home renovation done by Superior some time ago and just reached out again to have them do some renovations to a relatives home.
By far the best contractor I have worked with in a long time, the first renovation (before he was on thumbtack) went great.
He didn''t just give me a price to get in the door, he was able to identify areas that might be cause for unforeseen cost and added them into his estimate so I could be aware of what could and what probably would come into play. This threw me off at first because people normally don't do that and hit you with a price once the unforeseen is identified and usually take advantage of the fact that they can charge what they want.
Overall I know this next job will be done right and if you want quality work for the most transparent price go with this company. Nico the owner is a very energetic companionate and dedicated individual, he honestly treats you like you are his brother, sister, mother, or father.
I cannot wait to see the digital rendering he creates for my sisters open concept great room.
Life long customer here that will continue to recommend him to anyone that needs work done!

Superior has been working with my family since he atarted the company.
We work together on about 3-5 projects a year which include mostly house flips and I have never been happier.
He is the most consistent, professional and honest contractor I have worked with in my 28 years in the business.
He was always able to work with my budgets no matter the difficulty and he is the only contractor that saved me money off of the original estimate due to a problem not occurring.
This is something I don’t believe you can ever hear of or experience, it’s not often a contractor comes back to you with cash in hand and a new write up saying here is the difference back from the original estimate.
Some wonder why he would include it and it’s due to the fact that he doesn’t like to hide potential cost, if the owner or one of his partners notices something like water damage or cracks that may be an extra cost he builds it into the estimate and makes you aware of the possible cost. Then if it occurs he takes care of it ifnit doesn’t need to be fixed he either returns allocated funds or maybe includes something he couldn’t due to that cost.
Most contractors would see he possible issue give you a bid then once in the door working charge you an arm and a leg for a problem they already saw.
If all contractors worked like superior rnr did I believe the remodeling industry would have a lot more enjoyable experiences!!

I had been shopping around to have my kitchen remodel. I referred by a friend to try them out. I was actually quoted a lower price and the detail of the work was excellent. It was absolutely what I wanted plus so much more. I recommend you look no further and check them out. The owner Nico was very professional and any questions I had he had no problem answering.
