It all depends on the type of food my clients want and the cost at the time require it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i setup time to meet. Let them tell me what their needs and wants are. Work out their budget and make the plan then execute the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was sole proprietorship of UNCLE AL'S BARBECUE takeout restaurant before Katrina.Went to Delgado College in 2012 - 2015 summer. I have my degree in Science, Certified Culinarian with the ACF, Cost Control, and Culinary Supervision. I'm also have my Safe Serve Certificate.
