Upstairs and downstairs were a mess from having 4 kids all 3 years and younger. My carpet literally looks like someone just laid new carpet, could not be happier! I would 100% recommend Purr-fection Services to family or friends or literally anyone. Love it!

My husband and I contacted Purr-fection Services on a Thursday to have some rugs cleaned that had been in our garage for months by Saturday afternoon. Not only did Purr-fection Services make the rugs look like new, but they were able to complete the job on time despite the belated request. If you live in New Orleans or the surrounding area, you cannot go wrong with this company. I highly recommend them. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, customer care, and overall service provided by Purr-fection Services.

After hours of pre-cleaning and moving furniture out of my house, on to the back deck, at 7am and corralling my 4 children and 2 dogs and loading them up to take to my mother's house -- HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Didn't call our tect or return my phone call. I just spent the last 4 hours scrubbing my own floor while preparing for our weekend guests. Worst. Ever.
