Introduction: I am new to the New Orleans French Quarter area. I enjoy completing the honey-do list. I am the honey-do-it-all, mostly husband. The home I owned in California, I have built a 10 foot by 10 foot shed with electrical and barn-style doors. I have remodeled my brother's 1/2 bath with tiles and chair rail tiling. I installed laminate flooring, new installation of sprinkler system with timer. I custom-built cabinets to fit my needs for the garage. I have rebuilt a GMC engine, changed out transmissions and did general repair and maintenance for automobiles and motorcycles. I can fold fitted sheets. I do general cleaning for bathrooms and kitchens. I created additional storage space in the attic above the second floor above garage. I prepared 1,800-square area for concrete and poured and finished concrete. I used epoxy paint to liven up garage. I installed, repaired and floated and finished Sheetrock.
